Meet Emily Shaw! 


Who is she?

    Emily Shaw is an advocator for the dairy industry by using her own media platforms she created. She is originally from Pennsylvania but now resides in Florida. Emily earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness Management with a specialization in Dairy Science from Penn State University. She grew up raising heifers and her family was very involved in 4-H and FFA. When Emily wasn't in the barn, you could find her playing sports. She then became a certified online personal trainer for NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).

Emily's passion lies in sharing with others that you don't have to cut dairy and other animal products out of your diet to be healthy. 

"I want to encourage women to make their health a priority, and show that it doesn't have to be extreme or confusing."  

Fitness Training:

Emily offers 12 week Fitness and Nutrition Coaching where you can receive the following:

  • 12 weeks of customized training and workouts through my own personal app tailored to your goals, schedule and experience. All exercises have video demonstrations and the sets, reps and rest times to follow.
  • 12 weeks of customized macros and nutrition guidance, along with a guide on how to use MyFitnessPal and an 18 page informational welcome document. I will be checking your food log and macros through MyFitnessPal and the training app
  • Weekly check ins with progress pictures, training videos to asses your form and effort, and questions to discuss your struggles, wins and new goals.
  •  24/7 access to me through WhatsApp so you can address concerns and ask questions if needed before our weekly check in
  • Access to client group chat to surround yourself with like minded women who can uplift, encourage and inspire you
  • Private group video trainings through Zoom for clients, and Lives in my Facebook group to provide even more knowledge and value so you'll be able to make this a sustainable lifestyle change on your own eventually

On Emily's instagram you will find photos of workouts to try, her favorite recipes that consist of dairy, farm facts, inspirational and empowering quotes, and cows of course.

For being a young dairy advocator Emily has a great audience. She is on multiple social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Instagram is her most used platform and she has an audience of over 20,000 followers.

Emily doesn't let negative comments by people of different viewpoints get in the way of what she's trying to tell. Emily encourages these comments because every comment good or bad gets her facts about the dairy industry out there.







Recipes that Consist of Dairy:
                                                                                    You’ll need...
πŸ§€ 1 lb extra lean ground chicken
πŸ§€ 1 box chickpea pasta (mine was 14.5 Oz)
πŸ§€ 3 cups chicken broth
πŸ§€ 1 cup Buffalo hot sauce
πŸ§€ 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
πŸ§€ 1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
πŸ§€ 1/2 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
πŸ§€ 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
πŸ§€ Pepper and garlic salt


Mix together...
πŸ₯œ 1/2 cup oats
πŸ₯œ 1 scoop @bowmar_nutrition Cookies & Cream protein powder
πŸ₯œ 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
πŸ₯œ 1 tbsp chia seeds
πŸ₯œ 1/2 cup milk (I used 2%)
And then let it sit overnight in the fridge, takeout for breakfast and top with whatever your little heart desires!
